Hi.
Trying to understand why my Exchange Mail which is set up on my HTC Desire HD has stopped working over my mobile data connection but still works over WIFI.
Phone Info:
Android Version: 2.3.5
HTC Sense Version: 3.0
Software Number: 3.13.61.5
The exchange settings were entered by the office IT dept. They are correct and haven't changed.
It was working before, downloading my Exchange emails just fine.
I haven't changed any settings or upgraded the phone that I can remember.
My mobile data connection still works for all other data needs on my phone.
The Exchange email just stopped working over a mobile connection but still works over WIFI .... what could be the issue?
(Also I've deleted the account several times and set it up again ... it still doesn't work over mobile but works over WIFI.)
Any help is most appreciated.
