Is there any application which can prevent me from entering the password everytime screen gets locked??

To do so you have to replace your email application with another one that has been modified to ignore exchange permissions (which requires root access). Head over to XDA's forums and do a search, there are a bunch of threads there about this topic where such modified email apps have been posted.
