I am an IT Admin and we are going to be rolling out an Exchange Policy that will be requiring screen lock. We have seen multiple issues across different phones in our test group. One of the most popular issues is the Email Notification for the ActiveSync account stops working. I can delete the account and re-create it and sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't, but once I disable the policy the problem goes away and the notification starts working again. Another issue we have seen is the device will continually keep asking to create a lock password about every other time the user logs into his phone. I have verified that all devices are on Android 2.2.1. Has anyone seen these issues before? Are they common? I am afraid of the mass tickets I'm going to get when we roll this out to 1000 users.
