Help Exchange Services draining battery without emails

Hello,

Recently I have been having trouble keeping my battery alive due to the Exchange Services taking up from 40-60 percent of it. I have noticed this the first time and read through a lot of these forums and deleting my email accounts and adding them back worked. Exchange Services went from 46% down to 15%. It was fine for a few days and now it is back and stuck at 56%. I have deleted my email accounts (outlook, Hotmail, gmail) and it is still at 56%. Before when I did this I saw the change instantly. Now there is no change no matter what I do. It stays at using 56%. I am at a loss since all of the forums talk about fixing or changing settings for email accounts but...right now I have none to my phone and still have the problem. I am no sure if I need to go in and have it looked at or if there is something else that I can do. I have restarted the phone a number of times and it always says 56% and the area where the sim card is gets warm. I am open to suggestions.

Thank you
