Help Exchange setup or Gmail app setup?

For those of you that use Gmail email. Do you have your email setup on your HTC One X via the Exchange setup, using PUSH, or via the Gmail account\app?

Any benefits to one, versus the other?

I have it set up on the Gmail app and did so on the Desire.

Would imagine, as it is the Gmail app, it would be better to have it on the app as that is what it is designed for...

Not sure otherwise.
