exchange VS Face recognition Problem GS3

Can somone tell me why After i Have installed Exchange server i can NO LONGER use Face recognition to unock my screen ?

Because your exchange admin requires a password on your device to prevent people from using your account. You may only use the pin and password unlocks with that account synced. This is the reason i removed my exchange account from my phone.

Also,

If you look at the security that Face Unlock provides (in the settings below each unlock option) you will find your answer. Pretty much as stated above. You are restricted because of security requirement.
