It means, that If you have an email account hosted on a Microsoft Exchange server you can (if your IT department allows it) add it here.
If you don't know or have an account on an exchange server ignore this... if you do have one put the details in (or check with your IT department about what you need to do)
If you don't have an IT department then you probably don't
