Help Exclamation mark on boot after rooting

Hi guys i got this exclamation mark i got after installing Revolution Rom on my galaxy s2.

I wanted to know if i can install a Kernel trough the Kitchen APp or with Kernel Manager pro and which one could i install, but after installing this new kernel would i still be able to flash?

any ideas guys?

Its your rooted badge of honour.
It can be got rid of (see chainfire's root thread on xda) or you van get a usb jig.
or just leave it there!
