Hey there. I'm wondering, does anyone else have a problem with the ex dialer app not accessing their contacts? It's not from Google Play Store. I just got a Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus, and when I downloaded exdialer, it does not show any of my contacts. Any ideas?
 
what does it do? error? does not show your contacts? maybe try and contact the developer. some of the older apps, if they have not been updated they may not work properly.
 
What file format(s) can the ExDialer app export your contacts into?
It sounds like either the Contacts app isn't able to import that file because its corrupted or because its a non-supported file type.
 
yeah since it is not on the play store anymore, it usually means that it is not supported as well. so i am not surprised it is not working on your phone. you can either try to contact the developer or find a new app to use.
 
Installed it on my V40, when I got it, and had to jump through a few hoops to get it going.
Can't remember now exactly what I had to do but it's running fine now.
I'm thinking it was something to do between the excontacts and the native contacts app.

Its weird though... I've been using it for years

O really? Did you have to link them or something?
 
I can't remember, right off, but it took me a while. I came from RocketDial to Ex, when I got the phone.

Have you checked your settings in the excontacts app? I do remember the confusion but had when ALL the options were checked.

It's the craziest thing but I just started accessing my contacts all the sudden. Apps are funny sometimes. Thanks for your help!
 
Think that I'll continue to use the Modoohut version. There is only a white theme, in yours that doesn't offer any other.
Perhaps, when you've added some others, I'll try again.
