Executive Customer Service?

I was reading those too. I tried calling and they transferred me to a number that wasn't even open. Sounds like those are they people you talk to when you don't want anything done. lol
 
You are better off crying foul to where the buying public hears you than crying to them in private. They don't care about you but they do care about making the most money they can.
