Exhibit 4G connection problems

Hewwo,
Idk if im supposed to post this here, tell me if this is the wrong place

Heres my problem:
Whenever I try to use my 4G connection it is able to send a receive data from the tower just fine
After a few minutes it starts to glitch out on me and it gets stuck on sending data to the tower with no response. The only way to fix this error is to turn on and off data packet data,But it happens again and faster each time I do that.
So ive decided to switch to a slow-as-molasses EDGE connection.
My data plan is limited by 2GB Per billing cycle then afterwards it gets slowed down. The time when I get a new bill is the only time it seems to work again. But then again, I only have 2GB.
Can anyone help me with this???

I have a Samsung Exhibit 4G
My Carrier is T-Mobile
My android model is GINGERBREAD
and the version is 2.3

-------------NOTE--------------------
When I Have my 2GB the connection still tends to glitch out at times

I've had the same problem. I've turned off bluetooth and then did the following--go to "settings", select "wireless and network", then select "mobile networks", then "network mode" then select "GSM only". This has worked for a few hours since making the change but I'm waiting to see if the improvement holds.

Do you have another TMobile phone per chance? I noticed that both of my phones started having problems as soon as I got the new Exhibit II. That makes me think that bluetooth just might be the problem. I don't use bluetooth so it was not issue for me to turn it off.

Hey Jason!

Dang, sorry you had to bump your thread so many times. :(

I don't have T-mo but what I usually do is perform a factory reset when weird things start happening to my phone. Or maybe a battery or sim card pull might also help.

If this keeps happening, I would contact T-mo and see if they have a solution.

Or you can go to the Samsung Exhibit 4g sub forum and see if one of your fellow Exhibit members have any ideas.
