Expandable memory/battery case

[Mike79]

Hey All,

Long time lurker, first time poster!

I'm about to get my hands on a One XL, and the only down side I see so far is non expandable memory and battery performance on 4G (all 4G phones!)

Is there such thing as a battery case which also has built in memory, (or. Just an external battery with extra memory)?

Alternatively, what is the best and most compact external battery and/or external memory solution?

Thanks in advance!

Mike

Welcome!

Memory wise, you're stuck. As it stands you need a custom kernel to enable USB OTG support so unless you're willing to Root & install a custom ROM, it won't work.

Re the external battery, I use the one here: http://androidforums.com/htc-one-x-xl/600374-extended-battery-case-htc-one-x.html#post4812811 and I get about 2.25 charges out of it.
