Expanding firestick storage?

I have a question about firestick 4k I have tried expanding my storage with all of the directions from troypoint and with the correct sandisk usb the adb shell recognizes the disk but when I put in the command partition disk sm:8.0 mixed 50 all i keep getting is partition not found?

do you have a link to the guide you used? or did you manage to do it?

i will say this, that i do not own a firestick so i have never done this. but i do have some experience with adb

You have a period after the 8 when it should be a coma!
