explorer app disappeared on HP slate tablet

my IE app suddenly vanished. Icon still there but screen stays white and doesn't connect. Worked fine for 2 months solid. HP Slate 7 tablet
 
That's Windows. This is an Android forum. Try asking in a Mobile Windows forum. (Keep checking back here, though - someone here may know Mobile Windows.)
