Help Export MyContactsBackup to Google

Hi all,
I would like to know if it is possible to export the contacts from my MyContactsBackup account to my Google contacts.
My contact list is such a mess of duplicates and unnecessary information, I was hoping to merge everything into my Google account and do away with (if possible) MCB and the internal contacts list.
Conversely, it may be ideal to just have them both synced together, as I would then have to backups of my complete contact list (if that makes sense...).
If anybody has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

You can export your contacts to your SD card. It will export the information as a .csv file.

That file can then be imported into your Google account contacts.
