Help Export Palm T/X to Samsung Galaxy Note II?

Hi All,
I've been using a Palm T/X for a very long time. I've gone back and forth on getting a smartphone and I'm settling on the Samsung Galaxy Note II.

Is there a way to export from the Palm Desktop SW on my PC to the Samsung Galaxy Note II? If not, is there any other way to do this? I have data from 2002 on my Palm that I need.
