How do i export my Samsung Galaxy 2 browser favorites? Is it stored in html format somewhere so i can export then import to chrome on another android?

In my case, are bookmarks saved in a universal format in a file somewhere that I could find (rooted) and transfer them to another browser or at least the same browser on another device?
