Help Exporting/Importing Contacts to Galaxy Note II/2

Hi, I have a Galaxy S Vibrant (T-Mobile) and today (Monday) a Galaxy Note 2/II is going to get here.

Do they not use the same SIM cards?

If the SIM card in my current phone isn't compatible in the one that's going to arrive today, how would I import/export my contacts?

I did a some looking on my phone and the only options I saw to import were to phone and SIM. The Google/Gmail one I saw was for new contacts.

Help?

If all else fails, then I may end up putting stuff in manually.

If the Galaxy S has an SD card, can you export to that? The GN2 can import from it.

If you use a SIM card trimmer you could probably use the same one. (and buy a SIM carrier so it can fit back in the GS)

Thanks for the reply. It does have an SD card, however, just recently it's not recognizing the SD card properly or something, I don't know what's up. I can prob try a dif SD card as well.

However, I don't know how to import to SD card via phone.. :/

You should be syncing your contacts with your Gmail that you used to log in on your Vibrant. Getting your contacts on your Note II should be as simple as entering your Gmail when asked for it going through the introductory set up steps and then your contacts will be synced on your Note II.

If you disabled syncing on your Vibrant, you may want to turn that on before you switch phones so your info can be synced and ready to go.

Using a SIM card is not how it's done these days.
