Is there a flashable zip I cab flash in Ext4 to get twrp? I have a stock twrp backup but no stock Ext4 backup.

This is the link for the official team win site, they have a p86 zip image that will automatically install from the bootloader, not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for but it allows you to install TWRP recovery without using Adb.

Ext4 is a linux file system.

If you mean 4ext recovery, I don't see how it would be possible to flash a recovery from within recovery.

fastboot flash recovery (filename).img is the command from your sdk folder.

I don't have to be on stock with original kernel?

Ooh ok so using the flashable zip I can install via Ext4?

Using the flashable zip that I linked to is a recovery image to be installed from the bootloader, not recovery. While I haven't seen it on this phone I remember that with the Triumph we had a stock recovery flashable zip that ran from inside CWM, so it is possible to flash a different recovery from within recovery.
