Extended batteries.

I noticed that if you buy an extended battery for an incredible 2 it makes your phone thicker. Does someone make a clip holster for that?

This is an extended battery out there that does not make your phone thicker. Of course, it packs less ooo-mph.

No info about holsters, but has anyone out there used any extended batteries and want to report back? That would be super helpful.

Do you know which battery it is for sure? I searched for one, but kept finding out that they were really for the original Inc and you needed to clip the corners to make it work. I had two 1800 mAh batteries from my old Inc and tried one of them and got the weird fat exclamation point in the notification bar, so I figured it wasn't a good match and didn't want to mess up my phone. I'd love to have a slightly larger battery (and have the OEM extended one), but want to use a case and don't want the extra thickness from the regular extended batteries.

I found this one, it has mixed reviews all over the place, so I dunno if it's worth 50 bucks, or not. Seidio Innocell 1750mAh Slim Extended Battery for HTC Desire S, Droid Incredible 2, Droid Incredible S, EVO Shift 4G, Desire Z / T-Mobile G2 - HTC Batteries - HTC Accessories Depot

Hard to say, because you can get a standard replacement for 30, and I would always rather have an OEM product... so I am contemplating going with a 2nd original battery, and the new-ness will be better than my 9 month old one.

I have the official Verizon extended battery and its great
From 7 am to about 9pm of heavy use I have about 30 to 40 % left

I was able yo watch 2 1 Hr and 40 minute movies with over 50% battery left

The phone is more comfortable this way, with the back being bulky, it sits better makes it easier to text and doesn't feel like its gonna slip off your hand as much

I saw that- I read elsewhere that it doesn't fit right... Whatever that means

Any who I don't know why the case is so important except for the probability of dropping it... Just hold on tightly lol
