Extended Battery Worth It???

So...As I am sure many share my feelings when I say that LG Ally's battery is not the best so help witht this issue I was considering buying the extended battery from verizon. I was wondering if anyone has done this and if so is it worth it?

I got the extended battery and i think it is worth it. It takes a few full recharges to get optimum battery life i have had it on all day since 5:30am using many apps like gameboid and fruit ninja and i am only at 21% with minimum brightness

I bought the extended life battery and have never regreted it. My phone generally last at least twice as long.

I have the extended battery ... if you need a case its a no go but if you just need power its all you should have ever had.

I have used the extended battery from day one. Once you get used to the Ally being a little thicker it isn't even noticeable. I like the added thickness anyway, because the edge of the extended battery cover makes a sort of 'ledge' for my index fingers to rest against while thumb typing, giving me a more secure grip on the Ally.
