I can confirm that the HTC Evo 3D standard battery 1730 mAh does physically fit, seems to work fine, and charges properly in the HTC Sensation 4G. The batteries are physically the same size. The battery has to be installed upside down. Doing so keeps the polarity (+ & -) symbols in the correct locations. The polarity is labeled on both batteries. This just means the wrapper and writing on the battery is upside down from the original battery.
