Hi I have a android 4 Tablet, a Hipstreet Aurora. It has a Usb port and I was wondering if there is away of utilizing an external GPS reciever. Hopefully with some sort of App. I would appreciate any help on this

Unlikely. External USB devices such as those usually do not provide Android drivers, not to mention that installing drivers on Android isn't as straightforward as on Windows.
