External microphone

Hi,

I need to record a music video but I need to use an external mic. I have access to a digital interface that also has a USB C port.

What do I need to do to get external audio into the video & what app do I need to do this?

There are videos on Youtube explaining this.

Literally so many that I cannot even post any links, as I would have to watch and choose.

Search for 'external microphone on android phone' or similar.

I like the ones that demonstrate multiple microphones and show the different results.
