Help External sd card stopped working after Jelly Bean update

I was using a 64gb external micro sd card on the Ice Cream Sandwich OS, which was working fine, with iTunes synced to it via iSyncr, and Spotify music also downloaded to it.

A couple of days ago I received an over the air update to update the OS to Jelly Bean.

Since then I've not been able to sync music via iSyncr, or download Spotify music, to the external sd card.

iSyncr gives me the usual option of either syncing to the internal memory, or to the external sd card, but it appears to show the sd card at '0' memory, when it presently has 59gb showing (under settings / storage on the phone), while Spotify can't find it.

I have tried re-formatting the sd card (via the phone settings) and removing / re-inserting it etc, and also did a fresh install of Jelly Bean (via the phone settings), but the same issues persisted.

When I connect the phone to my PC (Windows 7 Professional), I can see the external sd card, and can drag music files manually onto it, and the music player (Poweramp) can play them, it's just iSyncr / Spotify either think it's at '0' memory or can't find it.

If anyone has thoughts on how to get iSyncr / Spotify to recognise the card, or any ideas as to what the issue is I would be very grateful, thanks in advance...
