It seems all app data must downloaded to the internal storage.
This option will not work for most unless you have another device with room to download the content on.
There may be an easier way, this is how I've done it.
I've downloaded games on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. Used TiB to backup the app.
Copy the TiB files and data to the ExtSD of your F3. I believe you will have to make an empty folder in the internal storage of the F3 so it can link.
Restore the app using TiB.
Use GL to SD your game should show up there. Start game and enjoy.
Don't forget that you can also get more space by using Link2SD for the restored app as well.

I battled with that for months. Never was able to get too far. I bagged the phone.
