Can anyone let go of an extra battery? Im in Charleston WV. I actually have 4 but all too low on my phone. I need one thats charged. Id even send 2 batteries for a fully charged one. Please if anyone can help PM me

You know now that i think of it. I got the X from someone at Amazon used and it was 40% charged when i turned it on and it was on stock never rooted or updated and i updated it to the latest update. Couldnt that have caused the battery to drain. Also i see where it sits at 0% and doesnt charge. Now its at bootloader cannot program battery too low. I know the batteries are good. After the update it would sit at 20% and not charge and finally went to 0. Is this a motherboard issue or did the update do this? Any suggestions

Applying a system update is battery intensive. Each has a warning to have a fully charged battery before starting.

You could try taking a battery to your Verizon store and have them charge it in an external charger. If that doesn't work out you could try the same thing at a local repair shop.
