I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and so that we could listen in-car to downloaded Books, I have just bought, from Amazon, an XMI - X mini II Capsule Speaker.

Disaster! On full volume it gives out less than I get out of the Tablet on full volume! So I still cannot hear books over traffic/road noise in the car.

Can anyone please point me to where I can find a speaker which will increase the volume output from the Galaxy tablet?

I am not at all techy - I just want to plug something in that will allow more volume output. I cannot for the life of me see why anyone would buy one of these speakers when the in-built sound from the tablet is greater...! Am I missing something vital here?

Thanks for any help or suggestions.
