Help Extreme lock out

i am locked out of my phone for to many pattern attempts. the phone is in USB debugging mode and i do not remember what the googleid i made for the phone is. Has anybody else run into this problem and how have you fixed it?

In this case you will need to run a software update to remove the pattern lock. Please follow the bellow link to download the application you require to perform this function:
