Where and how can I get comprehensive instructions, tutoring, or help? I bit off more than I can chew with this phone. Is there a printed reference source I can access to learn how to use my phone? My kids only laugh. The packeaged instructions assume too much. Oh! I almost forgot to mention. It's a LG Thrill
