Extremely disappointed with motorola

I have had my RAzr xt 910 for almost an year now. it was great using it. But suddenly the charger stopped working and then no matter what the phone did not get charged at all.
when i go to their site to lodge a complaint i get this

and also they have closed all the service and support centres in my place. To even know what happnd to my phone, i have to travel around 800 kms.
I hate samsung, but they are well established here and i wish i could have just got an S2 back then.

That's very crappy, next time you're due for a phone you'll have to see what are the most supported phones in your country.

Sucks you need to take that into consideration.
