I'd vote QUALCOMM if multi-mode modem with LTE is integrated like snap 800. But now I'm reading that new snap 801, 805 won't have cell modem integrated. But where is Exynos infinity that Samsung was touting before MWC? If not S5, what is that for?

Well what GPU does the exynos have, and which snapdragon 800? The 801 or 805? I've seen reports claiming either or. Personally I think anything less than the 805 is beyond depressing, and the then exynos will likely be a lot better. More powerful as well as better on battery life.

Snapdragon 801 has Adreno 330 (578MHz)
Snapdragon 800 has Adreno 330 (450-578MHz)
Exynos 5 5420 has Mali-T624 (?)

They all perform about the same, just depends if they bother to optimize the software equally well for both SoC's.

Also Snapdragon 805 is not available yet, nothing Samsung can do about that.
