EZ Unlock APP not working

anybody else having problems opening this app? when i open it it just says EZ Unlock with a white screen and keep getting not responding message...i restarted my phone, i re-installed the app but still does the same...please advise?
 
Did you get the latest ota update from Verizon? It supposedly breaks unlocking.

Edit: It is working fine on my non updated sg3
