Help Face-down ignore with GB?

Before I updated my DX to GB, I had the face down to ignore feature enabled. Sometime around when I downloaded GB, that setting went away - I don't even see it as an option anywhere now. I used it pretty frequently, so I'd love to get it back.

Googling and a search here hasn't helped Can anyone please tell me where to find that option now? TIA

Not that I recall the names, but I'm fairly site you can find apps that'll accomplish the same result for you

The only one I found googling was "Silent Ringer," which does not work (for me at least).

Turn Silent, Flip Silent, Flip-Silent, Shake it Bright + Turn it Silent, Flipsilent, etc

Does anyone know of any (free apps) that actually work? I tried about a dozen apps under those search titles between last night and today, and none silence the ringer when the phone is flipped over.
