Face recognition

Somehow my wife turned on face recognition on her phone and she doesn't know how. Now we can't shut it off. What do we do?

Face recognition options will be in the Security settings of the phone, along with the PIN, pattern, fingerprint unlock options etc. Can't tell you exactly as don't know the make and model of phone you've got there.

ok so i have the z fold 4 and thus this might not necessarily be your case......she must have at some point setup a pin number. you will need this in order to setup face recognition. you can't just turn it on or off. by turning it on or off, you will need your pin number.

face recognition on my z fold 4 is found by going to settings>security>biometric>face recognition>enter your pin.

Face recognition on my smart phone is only used in a bank app login. But in the case of your wife, it must be set as an alternative to pin number for screen unlocking.
