Help Facebook 3.2 has "stickers," but not for me?

This is annoying more than anything else but after the 3.2 update everyone go the ability to add "stickers" to a message. Well it doesn't exist for me. And to be clear I'm not talking about the FB messenger app. How/why would other people using the same phone, same service, have this and I don't?

Can anyone confirm? When writing a message you should see a little face in the message window (not the regular one that inserts the normal little faces). I don't have it. I still have the arrow that let's you update your location.

Mine has it. I thought perhaps you needed to have the FB Messaging app as well, then dawned on me that I haven't re-downloaded that yet after restoring my phone. Only thing I could suggest, would be to uninstall the FB app, and try re-installing, see if that works?

Nope, tried that. Interesting thing is that there are reports from many other people that say when they first got the upgrade they had a new setting called something like "continuous notifications" but when they looked again later it was gone. So apparently the FB app has the ability to modify itself without installing an update.
