Facebook and Facebook Messenger problem

I own a Samsung Galaxy S3. The problem i am having is as follows:

I have downloaded the Facebook and the Facebook Messenger programs to my phone. When i want to send a PICTURE to the person i am talking to, it will not send. I get a red circle saying to either Retry, Delete, or Cancel i believe it is. I have no clue why this is happening.


Anyone have any suggestions on what i can do/try to fix this problem,or anyone else have the same problem?

yes chat works completely fine with no issues. But, when i click on the + and select Take Picture, i take the picture then save as it tells me and the picture shows up in the message box. When i hit send, the red circle appears to the side and and it wont send. Last night out of 20 pictures i tried to send i think2 went through.

I'd think its more of a network time out issue rather than an app issue.
