Facebook Android App HELP

Hi, got my first android phone yesterday (Samsung Galaxy Ace) and was quick to download facebook. However i have somethings i would like to change and if i can change them:

1. Is there a way to get rid of the photo scrolling thing on the facebook home, the part where the pictures are at the bottom?

2. It doesnt say "Via Facebook Android" even though i am using the facebook android offical app? (I know this has been brought up before but there all old).

It wont say via android,text message or what ever you use untill you go to the main desktop version on your computer.

Yes it will, it says via mobile on my android.

Anyway its not an error, facebook have removed it.

1. Nope.. the home screen in the app is not like the desktop so try not to think of it that way. The photo links are just that .. photo quick-links to the newsfeed, a short cut you can use if you want. It's not a link to all your photo albums etc.

To be honest I barely register the scroll at the bottom as I always go into the newsfeed icon itself.

2. The latest version of the app seems to have done away with the "via android" in favour for "via "facebook mobile"; I presume this is a branding preference for FB itself.
