Facebook App, has not been working

The new feed loads properly but the app has major issues...It will give me notifications of updates, but when I click it never refreshes them and leaves me with updates from a while ago. Also when i click to go find friends it always says cannot retrieve data? WTH...it's driving me crazy!!!!

i noticed mine crashes alot .. seems like about 10 times a day the whole app. just crashes

Really? This is nothing new. Facebook has always been a horrible app.

Many including myself have given up on the Facebook app and use the touch.facebook.com site instead. I created a bookmark, added it to one of my screens, one touch, and there's Facebook

After my latest upgrade, FB crashed on me twice in one day already, and Yahoo messenger did too.

I use friendcaster and they have a widget, i see my wall w/o ever having to go to the site or app, works great.

I'm not sure if this is related, but I finally took a bunch of pics and wanted to upload/share multiple pics to Facebook in one shot. However, selecting just from pics, the S3 doesn't allow for multiple pics to be "shared" to Facebook...just one at a time. Anyone know anything about this?

Just got Friendcaster and bookmarked the touch site...THANK YOU...UGHHH the APP is such as waste of space.

Also a side note, when I synced up my contacts with Friendcaster IT FINALLY GAVE MY CONTACTS IN GO SMS PROFILE PICS

I use Friendcaster also & enjoy the clean ICS interface. It uses much less memory than Facebook original app. The notifications are not my favorite since it is a pop-up & not in the notification tray.
