Help Facebook app issue

Using samsung galaxy s7 and Facebook app will only load when connected to WiFi. When using mobile network I keep getting "can't connect right now " I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app. Nothing seems to work.. i have the most up to date version of the app as well. Any suggestions?

Yes everything else is working fine.

I suggest you get in touch with Facebook then. It's their app that's having a problem.

How do I go about? I've already reported the problem if that's what you mean.

Yes. They may also come back at you with a reply. I am unfamiliar with all of the hidden settings in Facebook. There might be one that blocks mobile data. Or you may have something else on your phone blocking mobile data access for Facebook.

OK. But as it is apparently a problem or bug with their app, they need to fix it, possibly with an update.

I forgot to mention that mobile browser version of Facebook doesn't load either
