It's like that on the full site isn't it? If one person likes it, it will tell you who, if more than one it just says the number of people...space saver?

Yes but if it says "6 others like this" the "6 others" is a link and you can see who else likes it...

I was hoping that when i came to android that the facebook app would be as good as, lets say the iphone version, but now i am just hoping that the devs will start working on a complete refresh of the product ...

until then, touch.facebook has been what i have been using

I wish there was an option that let me choose what application/website opened with a particular type of notification. Then I could have notifications open touch or whathaveyou.

i wish notification worked properly, and also notify you instantly!
