hayy my facebooks apps recently slow down on my androids ? cant upload notification or chat. what can i do ? anysuggestion ?

Are you talking about official Facebook app? Do you have the latest update? You can check in the market if you have. So far the latest update actualy made my Facebook app much faster, about as fast as Friendcaster is (which made me revert back to it. Its the official one after all).
