Help Facebook Authentification Failure

Anyone else experience this?

I literally just opened the box, and tried to install Facebook and had no luck. I kept getting the Authentification Failed error, regardless of whether I used the app login, or I tried to add my Facebook account via the add accounts section of the android OS. However, I have no problem using the browser version.

Also, I gotta be honest, the keyboard seems a little choppy too. I'm sure I'll be able to work all these things out.

OK, I fixed it.

This is what I did from the Applications Menu > Facebook
Clear Data
Clear Cache
Enable Android Compatibility Mode.

Mine logged in with no problems.

As for the keyboard, I didn't notice any choppiness but I only used it a little before installing Thumb Keyboard which I like much better.

It only seems choppy, or maybe a better word is laggy, when I type in a browsers web form (like what I'm doing now). I received a firmware update already and it really seems to have freed things up,
