Facebook Chat

There have been various posts mentioning Facebook Chat - however none of them really answer my question.

When I was an iPhone user (don't hit me (I'm tougher than you :cool:)) I liked to use the Facebook App on the handset, and it had the Chat service built into the App, which was V. Handy.

I liked to use it for private chats with some friends rather than posting on the facebook thingy - dont want every one to know ;)

The Andriod App doesn't seem to do this or have I just missed it?

If I haven't missed it and I am correct - anyone know why such a key feature would be on the iPhone App and not the Andriod App (doesn't seem fair)

Will we see it any time soon - as I don't fancy using another software App to do something the iPhone users can :mad:

Yea Thats right - I remember seeing that status - however did you ask them about the App Chat for Andriod?
 
i thought they were working on integrating chat into the facebook app

one thing you have to remember is the iphone has been out for a long time and android just got big, so they will need a little bit to catch up in certain areas but don't worry, at this rate they will pass the iphone by the end of the year
