How to sync facebook contacts to my phone contacts?

Do you mean merge or sync?
They are 2 different things.
If you want to sync your Facebook contacts you can handle this through settings on your Facebook for Android app.
If you are trying to merge contacts you can do that by going into your edit on whichever contact you are merging. There should be an area that shows a little Google icon. Long press on that and it should take you to the merge contact screen.
Note: different phones handle managing contacts in there own way, so you may have to dig around some.
