I have a Samsung Galaxy 8.9 Tablet. I am having trouble with the display, using the Facebook app. It shows the page in the center third of the screen, cutting off either side. When I first started using Facebook on this tablet, it showed full screen. I don't know what changed, and I can't find any settings to fix it.
 
I have the same problem using the facebook app, I found it quite annoying I ended up uninstalling. I now use FB via their web page instead!!
 
I don't use the FB app either. I go to the website. I don't have any trouble on my laptop, but when I try to use FB on my Galaxy Tab, I get error messages saying the certificate is invalid, unsafe, etc. Also when I try to type a message or make a selection of one of the options, instead of just selecting that dropdown or whatever, it takes a whole large area and goes bonkers. I tried it both with Dolphin browser and Internet Explorer and both do it--but only when I'm using the tablet, not my laptop.:(
