Stock Facebook version 121 (samsung mesmerize us cellular) When "clicking on" News Feed: An error had occurred while fetching data. (null) message comes up. No content. Used to update just fine...what's up?
Tuesday, 15 March, Facebook started force closing while in news feeds. There was a Facebook update available so I downloaded it. Now I don't get any photo images. Frustrating.
I'm experiencing the exact same thing. Force closing in news feeds. Updated the Facebook app from Android market. Now the feeds come through, but no pictures. Just blue triangles w/exclamation points inside. Talked with US Cellular just now...no answers there.
All of a sudden this afternoon the news feeds are downloading like normal, with visible pictures (using the stock app version of facebook. I have not re-downloaded the update. Not sure that I want to. Will just let things be as is for a while.
Did the Facebook 1.5.2 update this morning and all is well. Facebook must have had some issues earlier in the week and got things straightened out. Good.
