Facebook font changed

This is for a friends phone. She has a Galaxy S4. I'm not sure what OS she is on. She came to me today to ask me to fix her phone. The Facebook app font has been replaced with Webdings. Obviously this has made it completely illegible. Does anyone know what could have caused this and how to get it back to normal?

Well, my roommate reset my friends phone and it went back to normal. I guess it just needed to clear the RAM. I'm not sure why that would have caused that, but oh well.
