Hi. I use two Samsung products: the SIII for my cell phone, and an S7 tablet. My carrier for cell service is Verizon.
When I purchased both of these items earlier this year and installed the Facebook app, it included a nifty feature that would download to the phone / tablet any pictures I uploaded to Facebook. Last month, this feature suddenly disappeared on both devices.
I don't want the pictures I take with my phone or tablet to upload automatically to Facebook, but I did enjoy having anything I chose to upload to Facebook pop up on my phone and tablet with each new sync.
Since this feature vanished, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but nothing has worked. The Gallery Sync for Facebook says that it has refreshed, but nothing shows up in my Gallery apps for either device.
Has anyone else experienced this sudden change in service?
