Facebook Integration

Hello,

When i go into Settings->Accounts and sync , I see two facebook logos one with Sony ericsson facebook integration and the other one with facebook...Both have the same sync modules inside it.

Whats the difference between them? do i need to sync both of them?

I think there should just be one.

Why not try deleting one? Its not like deleting it from the sync window completely wipes it out.....just try and delete it.

If it works fine afterwards...then that was the problem.

I'm assuming you're on 2.3?? In GB for this phone, Facebook is integrated, hence the one with the SE logo. The other one is for your facebook app. The SE one is for Timescape, IIRC. It would allow you to tap on the tile and post status updates and reply to messages, etc. Do you use Timescape? If not then I'd delete the one with the SE logo.

I stopped the sync for facebook integration app and it stopped updating the Timescape app on my homescreen..it must b used to update the TS app

That is correct. If you are running 2.3 you should have two listed here and if you use both the Timescape function and Facebook integration you will need to leave both there.
